High Pickle CSC, Vélez-Málaga (Revisit)

Returning to what was formerly The Alchemist, now High Pickle, it’s clear this isn’t just a name change, it’s a complete shift in direction, identity, and intent. When I first visited it was The Alchemist, the name High Pickle wasn’t mentioned. We spoke about the future of the club and the plans, and I knew then this club was going to be special. I was shown the products they brought in, and they were, and still are, as good as anywhere in Europe.

What already had a foundation has been reworked, refined, and pushed forward into something more.
There’s a difference in energy. The space feels more settled and more deliberate. Decisions have been made with clarity and purpose rather than experimentation. Everything flows better, from the layout to the atmosphere, creating an environment that feels comfortable.

What stands out most is how focused everything has become. The club is now aligned in what it wants to be, and that shows in every detail. There’s a balance between being social and relaxed. It’s no longer about potential, it’s about execution.
During the revisit, we looked at and THC-tested the products again. The selection has increased while maintaining the same high quality and value we originally tested.

The people behind High Pickle are fully invested. That shows in how the club is run, how the space feels, and how everything continues to improve. There’s direction here, and momentum to match it.
High Pickle is no longer a club finding its feet, it’s a club stepping forward. The transition from The Alchemist to High Pickle is complete. The club is firmly on a path to becoming a strong part of the Málaga scene. The people behind this club are not just talk, they back up everything they say and are continuing to improve on the changes they’ve made. Great people, great products, and a growing community.

Malaguana was not paid to write this blog. While the club does stock our seeds, that choice reflects the honesty and integrity of the people behind High Pickle and the kind of club they are.
